چکیده
Ultraviolet radiation (UVR) plays a key role in the photochemistry of atmosphere, through absorption or dispersion processes by its constituents (ozone, cloudiness, aerosols, and pollutants troposphere). Quantifying UVR spatial-temporal way knowing relationships with modulating variables is important for Rio Grande do Sul State, region one highest skin neoplasms rates Brazil. data region, acquired Ozone Monitoring Instrument (OMI) 2006 to 2020 period, expressed terms Erythemal Daily Dose (EDD), was used this study, objectives quantifying incidence, stability time spatial distribution. Our results show that study area varies from 3300 3700 J/m2, latitudinal gradient 66.7 J/m2 per degree, maxima recorded December (6028 summer) minima June (1123 winter). 29.76% had long-term decreasing trend (z value =5), while 6.19% an increasing value=2). During studied period fifteen years, occurrences high values are negatively correlated Total O3 as dominant relationship, being also positive negative correlations NO2, depending investigated epoch region.

Comparing OMI-TOMS and OMI-DOAS total ozone column data
[1] The Ozone Monitoring Instrument (OMI) project team uses two total ozone retrieval algorithms in order to maintain the long-term record established with Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) data as well as to improve the ozone column estimate using the hyperspectral capability of OMI. The purpose of this study is to assess where the algorithms produce comparable results and where the diff...
